Hello, am I in menopause? Ladies? Thank you so much for listening to my show today, I'm going to talk about my MOBE, my mother of all bombs. I created this amazing guide due to some insane silliness. I experienced this past week in the menopause groups and in a group that I was in posting about nutrition in relation to menopause, and I call it 10 stupid things. Women do to create menopause misery. This is available on my website and right now I have submitted it to become a little, a little guide booklet. It's not that many pages, but I will put it on Amazon and Kindle because they have the best delivery system. If you're going to look at it on your phone, it is a free PDF on my website. And the reason I created it is because there is just too much MIS and disinformation. This is called the ultimate guide to understanding why menopause misery exists. And I'm going to give you just a little flavor of it. Um , I try to keep my podcasts 15 to 20 minutes. So hormone imbalance does not exist because you are medically defective. You, my dear ladies have eaten yourself to this imbalance, but the good news is you can eat your way back. And I'm sure you're thinking how Jianna , how can that happen? Well, when you have an understanding of the endocrine system, you will understand how to feed it. The endocrine system as a whole is the superior communication system of our body. It has various Glens that make hormones that pass through the blood hormones are communications. Let me say that again. Hormones are communications, so they are sent and received, and then they transmit back in a circuit called a feedback loop. It's like this, I'm calling Suzy to go meet me for brunch on Sunday and Suzy , I call her up. Hi, Susie it's Giana . Meet me for brunch at 12 o'clock. And I don't hear Susie respond. Okay, I'll meet you there or anything. I'm going to assume Susie can not hear me. Maybe there's a bad connection. I will repeat my information. Susie , did you hear me? We're going to go to brunch at 12 o'clock. Maybe she's hit the mute button. Maybe there's a bad phone communication, but she's not getting the information. So it's not returning to me in the feedback loop. So what do I do? I say the information again? I might say it louder. Can you hear me now? Can you hear me now? I might hang up and call back. The feedback loop did not complete itself. The hormones send out the information, the communication it's received, and then transmit it back in a circuit of the feedback loop. That means it goes back to where it began and when the information returns, the gland can stop sending that message. It has communicated the proper amount of hormone, just like when Susie says, okay, Giana , I'll meet you there. The message has been communicated and we can both hang up the phone. And if there's any problem down this pathway, the hormones can actually go up or down like I'm Susie, Susie, can you hear me? Or I hang up and we call this hyper or hypo. You've all heard of hyperthyroidism. You've all heard of hypothyroidism. They're very sensitive to the environment, especially the chemical environment and chemicals are in our foods. Our medications, pesticides, insecticides, and toxins. These chemicals are in the environment and they're endocrine disruptors. And that's because the glands and hormones are made from fat. And a lot of these chemicals that we are unconsciously eating are fat soluble. So they get stuck in the fat cells. Your fat cells are literally toxin suitcases. Now the receptors block them and they disrupt the normal flow of hormone communication in the body. And there are several other things like with the adrenal hormones that are very sensitive to stress like emotional stresses, the stress of losses, like the , the loss of a loved one, physical stresses like injury, trauma surgery, like hysterectomy that can alter the adrenal gland. The ovary is very sensitive to things in our food too , especially hormones. So if you're consuming commercial dairy, for example, that has hormones and other chemical growth hormone, and it can be greatly influenced by birth control pill and hormone replacement therapy medication. When you take these medications, they affect your mitochondria, including antidepressants. And this is coming up too . They now have psychiatry, nutritional like certifications because they are discovering that the SSRI drugs and many medications disrupt your gut health. And that would be your good gut bacteria. And guess what? Your middle Chondra health is. It's the hormone messaging center. It's where the communications are conceived and they send them out through the glands and through your blood. And that whole process is not working. So it's no wonder that you get fat, sick and tired. Cause these messaging communications are disrupted. Then there's GMO foods and they have the herbicide glyphosate. There's everything that's made with high fructose corn syrup that's made from GMO corn. And it creates a lot of problems within our endocrine system. So you are not medically defective. You are not just getting fat. And while it's your fault for eating the way you're eating, it's not your fault that you don't know this information. When you go through menopause, you have a backup organ to your ovaries and that's the adrenal clans . And the adrenal glands are not functioning properly. And optimally, if you have menopause, misery also known as hormone imbalance. If their weekend, if they're stressed, if they're fatigued while going through menopause, this is supposed to be acting as a backup to the ovaries because they make the same hormones as the ovaries. But the flow is not working properly. Now you don't need the same amount of estrogen as you needed when you were fertile. So you go to these doctors, they get these tests, the Dutch test, these blood tests, these silly tests. And I say, why they're silly because you, my dear lady, when you're 45 and 50, you do not need as much astrogen as you did when you were fertile. And these doctors and labs will say your low and estrogen will low compared to what to a 25 year old, because that's what they're doing. That is the psychology that they use to get you to feel medically defective. And to get you to say yes to that prescription, their goal is to get everyone on prescriptions. It's a system that was made up when the Rockefeller foundation sent a report to Congress and spent over 20 years convincing Congress that the medical system needed to change from the quackery of natural Pathi to the current system of allopathy. You can look it up and a lot pathy means if this is the condition, this is the medication. And that's what we have. And the Rockefeller foundation spent over a hundred million dollars. And that was a hundred million dollars back in the thirties, when that is a gazillion dollars compared to today to buy up the medical schools and create the manuals and instill the protocol that we have today, your doctors have been trained unless they specifically go to seek out other modalities. They have been trained a pill for an ill to the degree that there are now systems that hook up to the doctors. I believe it's called , uh , AMR. The, what does it stand for? It's a , I'm in a blank in my mind today, the EMR is the computer system that houses your history. So say you have an appointment for tomorrow, Tuesday at 10:00 AM. Tonight, the AI is going to go into the doctor's schedule for tomorrow and look up every patient that's coming in and it will look up your history and what you're complaining about. And when your doctor opens up that folder in the little pocket, on the door tomorrow for your appointment, they're already going to have 10 to 15 suggestions of medication to prescribe to you. They don't even have to think about on their own. They don't have to prescribe it, but that's what the system is. It's going to do that. It's going to make it really easy for you. It's going to get sent to the drug store and all you have to do is go pick it up. And a lot of times the drug companies, supply rebates, they're going to do whatever it takes to get that, that drug to you at the lowest cost possible to you picked up by the insurance company and the people you've heard Trump talk about eliminating the middleman this year. It is a system and they don't like it. So of course, these doctors are taught and programmed by the North American menopause society, which is a lot of blah , blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, take HRT, eat less and exercise more. And that's the plan for you in your menopause. They will never discuss the nutritional aspect. So the hormones are very complex and there's a lot of things that can interfere with the adrenal Glen . Direct and measure the communication loop. I just described to you in an HRT prescription, which is why so many ladies like, Oh, it's not working for me. And you know what? That makes them feel more defective. And it destroys and grates on their confidence as a woman, as a whole, because they are convinced it's supposed to work. And then there's something even more wrong with them. And then you drive yourself crazy, searching and searching and searching for the answers, supporting the gland, like the thyroid and the adrenals and not adding hormones is the best option for holistic health because the hormone is just the communication system. It tells the glands what to do. So a lot of people ignore the gland and they don't actually support it. The doctors focus on the amount of hormones, never taking into consideration that you, my dear lady, listening to this, your out of eggs, you do , you don't need as much as you used to. You're not low in estrogen, especially if you're trying to lose weight. If you are fat, you have estrogen dominance. Let's talk real quickly about the thyroid, because I like to keep these to 15 to 20 minutes. The thyroid is usually secondary to other things because you have the situation where the thyroid produces hormones, but they're inactive. They're T4 . They don't really do anything unless they're activated through the liver and the gallbladder and the kidney. Now please pay attention. 80% of the thyroid hormone, T4 has to be converted into an active form of T3 through the metabolic process. The metabolic process is your liver, your gallbladder, your kidney, your thyroid, your digestion, and your gut health. This is where the hormone processes live now, mainly the liver and the gallbladder, but also about 20% of that is through the kidney. That creates hormone reactions. So if you have a fatty liver or cirrhosis of the liver or a sluggish liver, or an inflammatory state of the liver, which you probably have, if you're struggling to lose weight, or you don't have a gallbladder, which a couple of my friends don't, and they think that it's no big deal or you're missing bio or abum kidney. If these things are just clogged, a friend of mine thinks he's completely healthy, but he has had to have kidney stone surgery twice. No , you've got a problem in the system or the digestive process are you bloated have gas, constipation, you have a disruptive digestive process. You don't have enough stomach acid, you have bad intestinal health. And if you have any of these problems in these areas ,Speaker 2:

And this is not something you need a pill for. If you have too much estrogen, if you are hypo estrogen, you could actually be inhibiting your thyroid hormone. If you're taking birth control pills or hormone replacement therapy or consuming soy, and these, all these toxins, which mimic estrogen, you're inhibiting your thyroid function. So do you understand this works like a symphony orchestra for your thyroid to work optimally. It needs three very specific minerals and your body has to be in the pH of 6.3 to 6.8. I test my urine at 6.5 every day because of my menu. And this is so easily fixed because of your menu and because of detoxing with some supplements and even knowing how to look for this disruption in your metabolic processes. It's so easy. You'll be kicking yourself in the for not doing it sooner. And you need to end this battle. You are not lacking in medications. You are metabolically starving. All these processes require a nutritional food. All these processes require nutritional building blocks. That is essential aminos and EFS, and they work in groups. So if you're lacking in the proper group every day that you don't have it, there is a slow degradation in your body breaking down. So you didn't get sick suddenly overnight. It has to do with your antioxidants and your building blocks. You're metabolically starving. And as soon as, and until you address that, nothing about your misery is going to change.
