Hello ladies. It's Jonathan Sally here from the sexy and fabulous lifestyle. I am recording this late night. I should have my sexy late night voice on, so this is my first podcast of the new year. I am going to try so hard. No , I'm not going to say I'm going to try. I am going to put out a new podcast every Monday for the entire year. So today's podcast is about what actually goes on in the sexy and fabulous Academy and the menopause weight loss masterclass. Like, what is this about? What is this crazy thing that I do? Um, it's very funny on Facebook. The menopause people, the menopause businesses are like in full force. I saved a bunch of ads. There's ads in my face, like crazy, obviously, cause they know I talk about menopause and they're very funny how they're trying to fish for ladies. Their headlines are like, my stomach looks like I'm seven months pregnant. I used to be a size six, eight with a flat stomach, but now I couldn't fit into my favorite dress anymore. And then there's the one for the bio identicals, helix mobile wellness research. And what they will do is come to your house with their person that will draw your blood. And you know, in the COVID now who knows how they're handling that, but they will draw your blood and then they will have a doctor call you and then prescribe to you, whatever it is they think you need for the flat price of $355 a month. And I have to laugh because why would anyone pay that it's not covered by insurance and you're risking cancer. And for the girls who think that you're not, you can just check out of this podcast. I do not want to hear your arguments. It is illogical and I don't need studies to tell me that it will cause cancer. It does cause cancer. You're only supposed to be on it for a few years and it's all illogical. It is illogical and propaganda that they, they say these lies to get women to think of the menopause is a medical condition or a disease. A lot of women on in the menopause groups use the word I've been diagnosed diagnosed. You don't need to spend your time going to doctors and waste your time. Getting tests. You will know you're in menopause because your periods will get scattered. There will be more time in between until there's a year in between them . Then you will know you're in menopause. You don't need to know this except for, you know, keeping track of your cycle. I would use backup birth control if I were still having a cycle, but it's really unnecessary. And here's another headline I want my arms and legs back menopause stole them. And it's so funny. That is what my full metabolic health consult is. And it's something a doctor has never done for you. I don't care what a doctor has done labs. They've never done what I'm going to do for you. We need to look at five days of your pathology via doing your analysis with test strips, that test 10 different parameters to see what your readings are. And we're going to test the pH of your saliva for five days. And that is gold and information. That's going to tell me the state of your digestion from the moment you put food in your mouth, until it exits via your urine. There is tons of information in that that is very helpful to find what's blocking your fat loss efforts. You are nutritionally deficient, and over toxic, you are not low in estrogen. You will be low in progesterone, but low as compared to what you are not going to have the same astrogen as 25 year olds or younger women, because your body knows it's running out of eggs . It is not a disease to have less estrogen. And here's why we test for pathology because your adrenals are the backup system to make your estrogen. Once you have no more eggs, and if those aren't in good shape, then you're going to feel what they alleged to be. Menopause symptoms are really chronic illness symptoms. And it's really the state of your, the entirety of your health is going to determine your menopause experience. How can you explain ladies who have no menopause experience? Sometimes they just say, I just stopped getting my periods and it was no big deal. That's what you should be striving for. And that's what we should be looking at. So once we get that information, which takes five days, you also have to log what you eat and drink for those five days. And I am going to go searching into your hormone health and you fill out some forms that I ask about your symptoms and uh, other questions like that. And I take the whole thing and I take just looking at all the aspects of it. And I will tell you exactly where you need to fill the holes. Now, part two event, step two I should say is that every woman who is suffering and struggling to lose weight most likely has poor gut health. We need to go out your gut.
