Gaslighting is my new favorite word!
"An elaborate and insidious technique of deception and psychological manipulation, usually practiced by a single deceiver, or “gaslighter,” on a single victim over an extended period. Its effect is to gradually undermine the victim’s confidence in his own ability to distinguish truth from falsehood, right from wrong, or reality from appearance, thereby rendering him pathologically dependent on the gaslighter in his thinking or feelings.:
I often get women asking me about BHRT and did you know I have an entire book online free that will tell you the intricate details that no doctor will ever ever ever give you their time to tell you?

So the big question is this, how do women over 40 and 50 prevent a miserable menopause lose weight? That seems impossible to lose curb or dissipate. The 34 miserable symptoms that come with it. Get back to sleep. Get our emotions in check and get back to feeling sexy and just freaking normal. Again. Hi, I'm Jenna, miss Sally. And it took me four years and $18,000 to solve this problem. Most women go to the doctor for this, and that's the biggest mistake you can make. You don't want to become medically enslaved and you don't want to waste your time at the gym. Those are the questions. And this is the podcast that will give you the answers. Welcome to the Jianna Maselli, sexy and fabulous show. Where I talk about everything going on with women over 40 gas lighting. I want to ask everybody, how are you enjoying the socialism? Hello, we've got a viewer. That's all I need is one . How is everyone enjoying the socialism? Like , um, you know, you can only go to the hospital for this. You can only go to the doctor for that. The things that you need to get done are rationed and limited. You have to wear your masks. You, you , your work might be essential, but this gal's work is not how are you enjoying the socialism? Okay. And the socialist want to lean towards a Medicare for all which sounds so fantastic in theory. And what that's going to get you is going to get you a little card, little card. You can laminate, you put it in your wallet or your phone case. And you're going to think that you've got medical care. And if anything has been demonstrated in the current situation is that the medical care is very rationed, rationed care. So I want to talk to about my new favorite, favorite word of the last year, gas lighting. If you've been following me, I've been posting it a lot because it is what's going on. Here's the official definition and elaborate and insidious technique of deception and psychological manipulation usually practiced by a single gas, lighter on a single victim. But as we know, we're all the victims now over an extended period, its effect is to gradually undermine the victim's confidence in his own ability to distinguish truth from falsehood, right from wrong or reality from appearance, thereby rendering him pathologically dependent on the gas, lighter in his thinking or feelings. So there's not a better word that describes what's going in. I remember March 16th. I remember cause it was my birthday. I went out to Ruth Chris for my birthday and I was like , got there for my six 30 reservation. They say , you have to leave by eight o'clock. Why, why do we have to do that? I'm like, Hey, I'm turning three. I want to have a birthday tonight. Like we have to close up. The governor is telling us we have to close. And we knew then what we know now, I think we're on the hundred and 20 day that America is held hostage. And the reason I bring all this up, so I want to talk to you about gaslighting . If you know who I am, I am the menopause master. I am a gal who, what are we on 12 years ago started to get fat, sick and tired and went to many doctors who could never tell me anything was wrong with me, but boy, did they want to put me on a lot of drugs, phentermine mat for men, hormone replacement therapy, anti-anxiety stuff. Anti-depression why I'm not depressed. I'm a little off that I'm fat, sick and tired, which is the name of my very fantastic book that the sensors don't like, because I use the word fat. I'm going to call it like it is. So , uh, yesterday I was cruising Instagram as I do. And I follow a lot of these other so-called menopause experts. I'm always trying to be proven wrong. Like I don't think there's another human being that wants to be more wrong than I am because the gas lighting is so colossal. And I want to tell you by the end of what I want to say today, which I've outlined. So I don't ramble on, but the product of this gas lighting is that women feel that they're broken and defective. And that you, you go in with these symptoms, a here, here's a drug for you to take and you take this drug and it doesn't really work for you. And you never think, Hey, maybe this drug isn't working, you think there's something wrong with you. You think there's something wrong with you and that you're in medically defective. And then it makes you feel worse. Now you're vulnerable. You're off, you're depressed. And by the time they get to me, by the time, the very lucky women who find me, which if you found me, you're very lucky because I have spent the last 12 years swimming through the shark infested waters of the gas lighters. So yesterday on Instagram, I'm not going to out this person, cause I'm not that much of a, but I'm getting really close to it. A graphic says as hormone levels, decline disease increasesSpeaker 2:
Really, really under what ? Sorry ,Speaker 1:
Scientific reason would that happens . So I'm not gonna, I'm not gonna say, Oh , she's wrong. You know, right away, I'm going to go searching. I go in my research. Now you can go online and find anything that says anything. It takes a very analytical and intelligent and experienced mind to sort through the. So I'm like, what is this lady talking about? Then the post says, did you know that inflammation affects as much as 90% of the chronic diseases your patients would like to prevent? Well, it sure does. Of course it does. What does it have to do with hormones? What does it have to do with menopause? Because this is a person that prays on practitioners to sell bio-identical hormone replacement therapy, which many, many, many women think, Oh, it's natural. It's natural. So therefore it's safe. It's still processed in a lab. It's identical. So it's identical to what your hormones are supposed to be doing. And that means it's as unsafe as synthetic hormone replacement therapy. Go ahead. Intubate me, blah, blah, blah. Read the insert. Read the little mini size six font, a little teeny weeny inserts that say may cause heart attack, stroke, breast cancer, endometrial cancer, blah, blah, blah causes cancer when you don't really need it. Anyway. So then it says, if you want to understand this, go to my blog and read five reasons. You should learn to prescribe bioidentical hormones. And the number one reason is that patients have symptoms right there, right there. This girls outed , they have symptoms. So of course you should give them these drugs. I need to turn on the air. It's a little bit hot now they're animated. So this is what the medical community is trained to do. That's why all the gaslighting going on is like, remember it was two weeks for the COVID lockdown to not overwhelm the hospitals. And then we got through that and then it was now we have to lower the rate. Now we're we're at the point that the labs are lying. 33 labs in the state of Florida have been caught by Fox five. I think it was Fox five local. I don't really watch the news here. I don't have, I have a TV , but I don't have TV. So I don't know the stations, but they caught the labs, had a hundred percent success, a hundred percent positivity rate that you tested positive for COVID. So when you look at that graph shoe , Oh yeah. In July a virus for the first time in the history of the world has accelerated that like this in the summertime when it's very, very hot in Florida. Yeah. Not buying it. So I don't want you to believe everything I say. I mean, that would be great if you think I'm I'm this entity that knows things. Cause I'm very freaking smart, but I want you to question what's logical. So let's get back to this gaslighting blog here. The patients have symptoms. There's over 55 million women that currently experienced menopause symptoms. And I'm going to be very honest with you because I am not a guest slider. I want every one of their money. I want your money because you should listen to me. If you want to look like me, if you want to feel like me, if you want to be skinny like me, if you want your, these are my favorite shorts. Look at this. I'm sitting home. So I'm not getting it . This my favorite shorts in the whole world. Look, can you see my favorite shorts? I can pull them down. I don't know if I'm back far enough. I don't want to get too sexy on here, but I cannot even wear them in public anymore. They're hanging down way, way, super low, because I am skinnier. Now as a 53 year old woman, who's never taken hormone replacement therapy. Who's never taken drugs for menopause. I have cracked the code. I have biohacked menopause and you should be buying my. And not this that's $500 a month, plus that causes cancer. So we're going to get into it right now. And it says they have hot flashes. They can't sleep there . They gain weight and their moods are haywire and they struggle to remember words. So when this happened to me, what I did, why do I have hot flashes? What is the actual physiological biological reason I'm getting hot flashes. Why can't I sleep? Is it because I'm lowering my estrogen? No, it's not. My estrogen and progesterone are lowering because as a little teeny weeny baby, I was born with X amount of X, X amount. They don't produce. You already have them. And now my body knows, Hey, this Jianna gal is running out of eggs. She's not going to need the estrogen. And the progesterone that sets up the uterine lining so that if a sperm connects with an egg, it's going to conceive a child and we're going to make it a nice little place to grow. It knows I'm not having any babies. And I did not take birth control since I was a teenager. It knows I'm running out. So I don't need this estrogen. So it's going to start to lower. I have a backup system from mother nature. That would be my adrenals. My adrenals will now produce the estrogen that I still need for bone health and heart health and overall health. I don't need as much. So when you go to a doctor and they're looking at this chart that they checked your hormones, they say you're low. Of course you're low, low compared to what? The lower than a 25 year old. I should hope that I am. I'm not 25 anymore. I don't need all this estrogen. So they never get to the root cause . And one thing she says that's true is that women will live one third of their lives. As opposed menopausal women. Once you go through the menopause, you're in the pause, the pause, it doesn't change. You're in the pause. You don't have your cycles anymore. Which I have to tell you is really fantastic. If you're a gal that's, biohacked menopause like I have. Cause they used to be horrible. Not my, not my cycles. They were never arduous. But until I figured this all out, I did have the symptoms. And for me, it's like, let me go to the root cause. Why would I not? Why am I not sleeping? We'll get to all that. So , um, the severity that women complain about PMs, they have painful periods. They're excessively heavy and otherwise hard to manage. Why? What is the root cause? The root cause is , is a lifestyle. Is that you're, you're doing things that are not allowing your cycle to release the flow. I'm going to be very polite in the words here you're would not releasing the floods causing blood clots because there's clumps of blood. That's what gives you cramps. It's trying to push through the , uh , the cervix and get out and it's too big for the serving them die in cramps. You want everything to be smooth? And guess what else? The thyroid, the thyroid is? What controls the state of your cycles? Did you ever hear that from your gynecologist ? No. Does your gynecologist even know that? No. He probably just studies this and then he's taught by pharmaceutical reps to just write prescriptions. So 90% of hormone Laos , this is the gals blog. The test showed that the stress hormone cortisol, cortisol is rising. Cortisol is going to keep you fat. Stress is going to keep you fat. There's no food, there's no pill. There's nothing you can take. Maybe some weed, some weight will keep you from being stressed, but a stress, a stress, a hormone it's like an elect , an electronic charge that goes from your gut to your brain. You can only stop that through a thought process, throughSpeaker 3:
Getting very Zen, getting very relaxed.Speaker 1:
I think many women in this demographic, many women in general, don't know how to say no. Uh, Hey Susie Smith, can you make cupcakes for the PTA? No, I don't have time for that. I'm sorry. I can help you out. Yes, I'll do it because women want to be liked. So they overload themselves. And I think from being in the beauty industry for a very long time, women that want to be liked, everybody's got to like me and I don't care if anybody likes me and it is such a beautiful place to be. I hope you don't like me. That's less people I have to impress, but she's going to keep saying yes now you've got an overstressed life, an over-scheduled life. And I think these gals, it makes them feel busy and it goes to their ego. I'm valued. I need it . I'm so busy when I'm like, Ooh , I don't want to be that busy. I know how to say no, no, I can't do that. So it's another reason that the stress now stress let's go to the root cause of those stress begins in the gut and everything about what I talk about is from the gut health, the gut has a nerve called your vagus nerve connects from your gut to your brain. Do you see how it works? Of course, if you've got dysbiosis, your hormones, aren't going to work, right? The gut is the hormone messaging center and boom , boom, boom, boom, boom, do this and send them up to the brain and boom, they go out into the blood. And so 75 to 90% of doctor's visits to providers are due to stress. Can you go to the doctor and get something for stress? I mean, I don't go to doctors. No , you have to distress your brain. You have to slow down your life. You have to be in good relationships. You have to manage your children. You have to make , uh , your bed nice and get some sleep. So in what way does HRT reduce cortisol? Like I can't find anything but things that do increase your cortisol and you're not going to like it is that chronic coffee drinking. I have a whole couple of podcasts about that. That coffee consumption is a daily drug. It's a drug. It grinds on your central nervous system telling your brain that we were in the fight or flight, the fight or flight. And you might be used to it at this point that you're not feeling it. You don't understand that it's happening, but it is happening. That's why you would drink coffee. You're not as hungry. So then you're not as hungry. You're not getting the vitamins minerals, nutrients, amino that make your processes work. Your thyroid retrans, every cell of your body, every cell runs from your thyroid. So you know that thyroid issues are rampant among women over 40. If you don't have an optimal thyroid, of course, all the other stuff is going to be up. Of course, this is logic little Ms . Liar, pants on fire here in the blog. She doesn't see that. She just wants you to be a practitioner to give hormone replacement therapy , because it makes a lot of money. If you're well like me, there's no doctors making money off me. You know, my broken arm costs $2,000. I have to pay cash for it. Myself. I have not carried insurance since 2010, because it doesn't pay for anything. I will not pay. So in the scheme of things that I'm spending $2,000 over 12 years, that's not a lot of money. I'm okay. I send him a check everySpeaker 4:
Week. So reasonsSpeaker 1:
Your body can be released in cortisol is if you're dieting, you're not eating enough. And it's affecting your sleep because you can have nocturnal hypoglycemia as you're sleeping at all. These body processes are regenerating while you sleep . And it's getting you back like a restart, you haven't fed it enough and you might not even wake up feeling hungry, but your body has hunger and it's woken you up cause it wants to eat. And that is another stress. So it's not a stress like you're going to feel like, Oh, I'm going to miss the train. You might feel a stress that you're rushing to the train. There is an internal stress happening that the thyroid, the adrenals, the liver, the digestion, your brain power, all these are lacking in the fuel to work. And that's a stress on themSpeaker 4:
On the inside. So take that,Speaker 1:
Put that in your pipe and smoke it. Here's her number two reason to prescribe bio identical hormones, sub optimal hormone levels. Co-exist with the disease. LikeSpeaker 4:
What? So,Speaker 1:
And we have just solved all the death in the world and all the disease problems. If you just take HRT, I mean, my God, someone must be a gazillionaire, a quad trillionaire, more than a billionaire, a quadrillion, or because you can justSpeaker 4:
By this, okay? Yeah. If they solve this, how come they're not doing it?Speaker 1:
See what else I have in my notes. Uh, diseases that are affected by hormone levels include, but are not limited to cardio vascular disorders .Speaker 4:
In what way? In what way?Speaker 1:
A way does it do this? It is true that the estrogen is a layer of protection from heart attack and heart attacks for women over 50 is the number one reason women over 50 die. But I ask you ladies, have you gone to get birth control from a gynecologist? And you were denied because you were a smoker or you had cardiovascular disease in your family history,Speaker 4:
Right? Or youSpeaker 1:
Might have cardiovascular disease. You're not a good candidate. So when, what planet does this woman's blog make any sense that we're going to give you bio-identical hormones to protect you from cardiovascular disease, which you will be denied if you give an honest health consult, which I should hope that you do. This is bull. This really me off because they prey on vulnerable, desperate women. I was there. I was there at doctor's offices. When you go to the doctor and they do your analysis. And then when you have to go buy something like a $3,000 obesity weight loss program, which is one of the most humiliating experiences of my life, they sit you across from a desk about a 28 year old with big fake boobs. And she's wearing Manolo Blahniks and a low cut top to show off her big boobs. And, but she's got a doctor jacket on with her little name on it, and she's going to put this piece of paper in front of me, just sign right here. We're going to help you. We're going to solve your problems $3,000, please. Here's my credit card. Please help me . And it does a work. None of them did it three times. That's $12,000. I did it three times. I didn't lose any weight because it doesn't go to the root cause . So by the time I did it three times, am I looking at these doctors? I'm like , wonder why you're not helping me. You know, cause you're not getting to the root cause you're not getting to the root cost . So let's see , uh, it's your food and lifestyle that causes cardiovascular disease. So how is it? I'm eight years since my last cycle. I'm eight years. Post-menopausal woman . I have never taken HRT. I get labs done once a year on my birthday, just for and giggles to prove that I'm right. And when I get my labs done, it has an , a less than sign. You know, the greater, it has a less than sign 0.05% risk of heart attack. I think it says cardiovascular disease. How am I so fabulous when I've never taken your drugs? Because I take care of myself, then it has a , this woman's blog says neurological disorders. In what way does taking HRT help you with the neurological disorder? Like , um , Alzheimer's I mean, I don't understand how they can say this in a recent large scale study. Cause I'm going, looking, why is she saying this? I'm going, looking the, a study done about the effects of HRT funded by the N I H we're hearing about the NIH now in the Colvin , the NIH is , you know, say a , considered a respectable establishment as a institution. The , um, national Institute of health in the USA was prematurely terminated, prematurely terminated. Like I screwed up my notes here and listened to this , uh, to increase rates of breast cancer, heart disease stroke . So the study to prove that HRT helps these things had to be terminated because the ladies in the study were getting breast cancer, heart disease, and strokes. The contradictions are insane. Gaslighting . I want that to be your favorite word, too , gas lighting . The next thing she says that this HRT can help gastrointestinal disorder .Speaker 4:
How, in what way doesSpeaker 1:
Estrogen and progesterone helped me with gastrointestinal disorders? No, the truth is if you have gastrointestinal intestinal disorders, you have gut dysbiosis and here's, here's how it's related to estrogen, but not estrogen therapy when you are in the pre perimenopause years. And even post-menopause , we're still , uh, I'm still on occasion getting hot flashes, very, very seldom, but it's , it's in a zone it's getting rid of your estrogen. So how does your body get rid of things through , um , your bowel movements, through your urine, through sweat? You know , things like that. So generally the estrogen is excreted in a bowel movement. I'm using very polite words here for the family members. So it, your body whips it into your intestines, where it's going to go through the process to become a bowel movement. If you have constipation, if you have gut dysbiosis, if you have gastrointestinal disorders, it's not coming out, you're going to have a lot hanging out there and you know what happens? It goes through the bloodstream. It takes a couple of cycles rather than to try it again. Maybe this day, you can go number two and get this out of your body. So as it goes into your bloodstream, it has taken another whirlwind around and it is one of the contributors to hot flashes. Other contributors are when I eat fat, I know a hundred percent I'm going to have hot flashes. It is what it is. It's not that difficult. If I want to eat some fat. If I have an avocado, if I want to have guacamole, I'm going to have hot flashes. If I drink alcohol, which is almost never, I'm going to have hot flashes. Even all these years later, it is what it is. You know, it is what it is. And then the lady goes on to say, systemic conditions, such as diabetes, diabetes,Speaker 4:
In what way? Just taking hormone replacement therapy,Speaker 1:
Kill diabetes, type two diabetes. We're talking about no way. There's no relationship. Diabetes is caused by eating too much, too much processed foods. And too often, do you know that type two diabetes is reversible in 16 days? If you change your menu, no, they're not telling you that they want the $245 billion that circulates in the health economy in the United States attributed to type two diabetes. The reason I know this is because my father was diagnosed with type two diabetes at 50 years old, my father was a big fat guy. My mother was a fat lady for a long time. I started studying what does type two diabetes. I don't want to get it. So I started reading about him, I'd say , Hey dad, dad, you could change this. You just need to not eat donuts and you need to eat eggs. You need to change. Don't go to McDonald's. You don't want to do it. If you to just inject himself with insulin. My father died of hepatitis C and kidney failure. And the last year of his life, he was a big guy, like two 60. He was down to like 150 pounds in the hospital bed. He may skated with pipes and tubes and everything to me wanted to pull them out that he had those mittens on. And the last time I saw my father in the hospital, he looked at me. He looked me in the eye who barely like get up. He had no, no end strength. And he looked at me and he's like, please take, take these mitts off. He wanted me to take the myths off so he could pull all the gadgets and plugs out so he could just die. I could not do that. So one of the worst moments of my life, I can't even think about it . It is a horrible way to die. And my uncle, my big fat uncle is a anyway, but I digress. He had diabetes too . And he died at 72 months after he got his leg cut off. People will not change their food that they'd rather have their leg cut off. Okay . Not for me, not for me. I don't understand that you can change your menu. And then another thing this gal says is this HRT taking HRTSpeaker 4:
Will prevent the auto-immune disease. How,Speaker 1:
How will this prevent auto-immune diseases? Like I would bore you with all the research that I did this morning. Cause I was like and rage . And then like I got to tell the ladies that here's one thing I found this interesting. Uh , it says that D H E a has anti-inflammatory properties and there is speculation. Speculation is not science. This is what that says though. Speculation that insufficient D H E a levels could have a contributing effect on autoimmune disease. That is not anything concrete. That's nothing speculative could have, you know, or you could just change your chronic illness through your menu and supplementation. The things that I promote in my program and on my new membership site, I have a Shopify store where I sell all of the fabulous things that I love that keep me fabulous for wholesale prices. And then the number three reason is where is it here? That hormone levels decrease. I already covered that. Yes they do. But your body knows they're running out. I don't know why I have that twice. I called this lady Ms . Pan . Sunfire when I wrote my notes , um, the reasons to prescribe bioidentical hormones, this is supported by scientific evidence. I just read you the national Institute of health study, that stuff . I stopped the study because the ladies participating were getting breast cancer, having strokes. And what was the third one having heart attacks. So it's all crazy. It's gaslighting. Let gaslighting be your new favorite word. So you can go online and Google and find studies that support this, which they pay. They, the powers that be pay. We need you to say something positive so we can sell our to the vulnerable fat ladies who are miserable. It's a logical,Speaker 5:
It's a logical don't. Listen to me, listen to your own logic,Speaker 1:
Typical brand. I mean, I kind of want you to listen to listen to me because I've done all the research for you. I'm funny that way. And then this is the best reason at all. This is the best reason the lady who sells the program for the practitioners to salad bio-identical hormones to let's see, Oh reason to prescribe bio identical hormones. If there's a high demand, outstanding practice growth, duh, you can make lots of money off of six P sick people. Now the gas lighting has created the demand like ladies , I got to get this, like I'm not feeling well. I've got to get this. I saw an article in good housekeeping. I saw an article in Cosmo. I saw an article in reader's digest. Now we're online with everything. They paid a ghostwriter's back. And the, I have another video that talks about the very first hormone replacement or estrogen replacement therapy called diet . That diet is still the straw. They had this drug that , Hey, we got this drug who can we sell this drug to? So they pay people. They pay ghost writers to put articles in the magazines. Your moms used to read all of her. Mom's read these good housekeeping. Reader's digest, family circle. Remember all those things. And then this drug was on the market for 32Speaker 5:
Years. When they knewSpeaker 1:
That it was causing cancer of the lady parts, not only in the person who took it, but their babies and then their grandchildren, three generations were affected and it wasn't taken off until 1972. When they changed it, they added progesterone. They hired this doctor, Dr. Robert Wilson from New York. Hey, Dr. Wilson, here's $12 million. Would you write a book? I'd write a book for $12 million. I wouldn't write a book. That's fake. I couldn't live with myself, right ? This book called feminine forever. Thank you. And get the ladies to buy our. They're not going to be feminine unless they take our drugs. Do I remotely look on feminine to you? Not at all doing print different tea , good. Holding up as an old lady. So I go into the lack of sleep. Let's talk about the sleep cause it's a big one. And even if you've heard it before, it is worth repeating. So a lot of menopause ladies can't sleep. I get the most emails after 11 o'clock at night 11 to one, I get the most emails. It's so funny. Uh, how do you go to sleep? Your body produces melatonin and it works in conjunction with your circadian rhythms to make you sleepy. But now you have the high cortisol. You might get it like this. Generally what happens in the circadian and as you're going, and you're going to drink your coffee all day, then you'll slump in the afternoon. You have another coffee. You're up for a little bit about nine o'clock. You start to get sleepy. You move from the couch, into the bedroom. You think you're going to go to sleep. Then, you know, as soon as you move into that bedroom, I don't know what happens. You brush your teeth, you wash your face and you're awake again. And now you've got the cortisol again. So now you pick up your computer. You're going to go on Facebook. Now you've got the blue light and the junk light going into your eyes. It's disrupting your natural melatonin. You're your circadian rhythms. You screwed it all up. You really need that. So how are you going to get good melatonin? You've got to be eating foods that have the right amino acids that produce serotonin, that produce melanin or melatonin that will create your sleepiness. It's really very easy. Always go to the root cause. And then not getting this sleep is raising the cortisol, which is disrupting the thigh, right? It's all like a symphony orchestra. If you took care of your thyroid, as well as your take care of your iPhone, you'd have a totally different body. You have a totally different body. So how do you take care of your thyroid will how I take care of my thigh? Right? I have a thyroid kit , your thyroid. I have a video too . Um, uh, showing the six symptoms that if you're lacking this one, essential nutrient mimic all the symptoms of , uh , perimenopause . That you're good. You have these symptoms. You're going to go to a doctor. They're going to write you a prescription. Try to get you on this. Very expensive and cancer causing bio identical hormones. When you just might be lacking in the three essential minerals that are on my membership website for sale at a very low cost to you that work together like co-factors , it's like I call it the triple, the triple whammy by the B12, selenium and nascent iodine together. Make your thigh right work optimally, which works in conjunction with your adrenals, which works in conjunction, making your melatonin. It's all connected. If you have good gut health, that's the beginning of the phase. I like to say that , uh, the things I take to give me good gut health, I take a structured silver, which I saw on my website. It goes in like the fireman . The farm is going down my throat into my gut. It's putting out the fire. Then I throw in some really good prebiotics and probiotics. That's like the paramedics though . The firemen go in and put out the fire, their paramedics come in and they give me good gut health. I attribute this single-handedly to the last 18 months of my life. Going down to a size four with please. I'm an adult woman. Who's a size four. I'm not petite at all. I'm not petite, but in some designers I'm wearing a four and a six. That's crazy. I happened . I was never even a forest six before I got fat. And now I'm leaner than before I got fat. Then when I was like 37, 38 39. So it, it just makes the hormones and the whole body function properly. Every time I test my pH of my urine, it's 6.5. My menu creates that. And the things that I take to work optimally, the thyroid, the adrenals, the hormones create that 6.5. Your thyroid cannot work optimally, unless it's between 6.3 and 6.8. You may not have thyroid disease. You may just have a sluggish thyroid. You may have a sluggish liver. I want my liver clean and everything out. When my body wants to get rid of hormones, I want that liver to process it, put it in my colon. Boom, get it out right away. I feel amazing. Which is going to give you good clarity, good mental clarity, good energy. I don't want you gas lit. So, you know, you can listen to what I do .Speaker 4:
You can go look for yourself. And ,Speaker 1:
And the last thing she says is that optimal levels of hormones improve the quality of life for your patients will then why are there a zillion women in these menopause groups complaining? I took the bio identical hormones. I took the HRT. I'm still fat. I'm still getting hot flashes. I have headaches. I can't sleep. Blah, blah, blah, blah, blah. It never ends. It never ends because no doctor listened to me. Look into my eyes. No doctor can ever, ever say to you, this is going to make those go away. They are literally experimenting in your, the experiment. Do you want to be an experiment? Now? A much safer experiment is nutrition and it's super fun too . You can eat to feel better. How fun is that? I'm going to eat as soon as I'm done with this Facebook live. And um, what else can I say? You're in my notes. Oh, here's a good one too. I know I've probably gone on too long, but I am so passionate about this. If you complain to your doctor , uh, you're feeling weird down there. Your periods are weird. You go to your gynecologist, you've got five rises on your uterus. Tons of ladies have those. We could throw a rock on the streets . Some lady has fibers on her uterus. So what is the doctor going to do? I'll get rid of them for you. How are you going to do that? I'm going to perform a $30,000 operation to where your insurance will take care of it. And I'm going to cut you open and remove your uterus. I mean, do I need my uterus? Probably not, but do I want to get rid of it? I don't. I want it because God put it there. I want to keep it. So did the doctor get rid of your fibroids on your shirt ? Did they're gone? You don't have many more, but you know why doesn't the doctor when I wonder why this gal is skidding fibroids, what could be the root cause of the fibroids ? So never going to do that. They got 10 minutes for you, maybe 15, boom , they got a chart. You know what they have in the charts. They have places that go into, I believe it's called the erm, the computer system that has all of the notes on you. Miss Susie snowflake, Susie is complaining of this and this and this. So this computer goes in that artificial intelligence is going to look at your history and it's going to look at what you're coming in for Monday at 10 15 to see the doctor. And it's going to come up with a diagnosis to save the doctor time. Now , ultimately it's the doctor's decision, but the AI has told the doctor, Susie snowflake probably has these things. And these are the things you can prescribe for her prescribed, prescribed prescribe . No one's prescribing food and supplements.Speaker 4:
Nobody even.Speaker 1:
I saw a natural path once the first time they listened to my complaints, but they never talked about my food. It was always just, here's my wall of $500 a month of vitamins that you shouldSpeaker 4:
Take. You know , uh,Speaker 1:
I did that for three months. That was another $1,200 and it didn't work. So they take out your uterus, but they never get to the root cause. And the root cause is what I told you earlier. Your body is being processed and worked in a way due to your food. Did your stress, your thyroid may not be working. So your cycles are not working. You're having blood endometrial lining that doesn't get expelled properly every month. So it builds up. This could lead to cancer may or may not be there's over 700,000 hysterectomies that are performed every year in the United States. And literally only 10% of them have to do with cancer. They will take your uterus, boom,Speaker 4:
Boom, 30,000, 30,000, 30,000.Speaker 1:
That's a good day for a doctor. And how long does it take? I , not that long. I don't want that. I don't want that for you, which is why I do this. Does the doctor ever look at your history and your habits? And so I could go on and on. I want you to use your logic. So if you're still here and you're like, this job is making a lot of sense. Yes, I'm a potty mouth. I'm going to swear because that's how much I care about you. I'm giving you more time than your doctor did. I would like to invite you to take a metabolic consult done by me and my 12 years of research. But what is the metabolic concept ? Well, there's things you can do at home that take five days or they don't hurt. They're not expensive. They're alive . They're going to be under $10 gals. You can take a metabolic profile over five days and it's going to give me a plethora of information about how your hormones are working. Uh, the symptoms that you have are going to tell me which very essential vitamins and minerals you're lacking. It's going to tell me, are you digesting protein or is it fermenting in your gut causing gut dysbiosis, which is going to cause havoc on your hormones? Are you producing enough hydrochloric acid to break down the components of your food? Cause if you don't, that could lead to an auto-immune disorder. There's a lot of things that this very simple information can tell. And then we look at what you typically eat every day. And I will show you your macro nutrients . I will show you exactly why. Like there's a lot of lanes . I don't understand, yada , I don't know why I can't lose weight and I do this and I show them and it's like mindblowing, eye opening. You know why ? And it's fantastic because I got you an answerSpeaker 6:
Answer , and that's logical. And then ,Speaker 1:
And you can vary most likely fixed because you see the minerals you're lacking. You may be , you need to take a hydrochloric acid. Uh, like I had a gal that has chronic. Um, uh, what does that when you keep putting us at a heartburn , um, it's very, you have it every day. You have a really serious issue. Things are not working. And doctors tell you take Pylos second , those drugstore remedies. That's not your problem. You don't need to diminish your acid. You don't have enough. So the food is hanging down there, the bottom of your esophagus, and it's getting kicked back up. Cause it's just the body's response. Like when you throw up, it's getting kicked back up because there's not enough hydrochloric acid to push the food through the rest of the digestive processes. So it's all very connected and very easy to fix. I have another gal . She's had a low blood pressure for a very long time, a very long time. That means you have adrenal issues. And she finally found a doctor who said, Hey, you have adrenal issues and this is what you should eat and how we can fix this. You can improve your adrenals. When other doctors to the tune of over a hundred thousand dollars in medical bills that she'll never be able to pay, diagnosed her with an auto-immune disorder. That's not what it is now that she's eating better and addressing this she's feeling amazing. I hear from her every day. Cause it's , uh, it's it's I understand the struggle. Cause I heard from her for so long, I took her to emergency room visits. I took her to doctor. I pick her up from the doctor. What did they say? Cause we're trying to figure it out. We're all trying to figure it out back when I didn't know as much as I know now and now I'm like, you know now, and it's nice that a doctor is finally agreeing what good old Jianna says. You know ? And people are in Miami . You're not a doctor. I can read. I can read doctors. I can research. I'm not giving you drugs. I'm not telling you how to live your life. I am opening you up to an analysis. What's going to make you go, Ooh , I could try this. It's not going to hurt me. No one will ever be hurt or die from improving their eating. So if you would like this metabolic analysis, it's very simple and it's fantastic. And it's going to solve a huge problem. You may be wondering right now, Gianna , I'm trying to lose weight and I can't lose weight. Why something's backed up in your system. Your body is dying to lose weight.
