What are Neurotoxins?

You know, she wants to check them out, which is great. You should check out products. But I wanted, what made me want to make this video today? Was that when you buy Doritos, are you checking out the ingredients there? Because that's going to be way more dangerous than probably any supplement on the planet. Because when people do become supplement companies, they are under strict and stringent guidelines before they can even make that happen and not everything is FDA approved. And I don't even care about that. I don't care about the FDA. The FDA, the FDA is highly politically and financially influenced by corporations. And the reason I say that is there's thousands like 3000 ingredients that the FDA allows an American processed food that they don't in the EU where it's a little less corrupt. So for that reason, well, there's many reasons. But for that very one specific reason, if you really start to research, you can find these things out, like even macaroni and cheese, which I love, which, you know, Kraft, macaroni and cheese, which you want to give to your kids. The coloring is , uh , uh, a chemical that's not allowed in Europe. You know, I don't know what their macaroni and cheese, they probably just make it from scratch, which would be the best way. So I thought this was very interesting because all these foods have neurotoxins and the reason, well, one of the reasons that you could be fat, sick and tired is because you have too many neurotoxins from eating processed foods. And you're like, what does that mean? You know , uh , neurotoxins, they attack your peripheral and your central nervous system. And what they do is they become a barrier. These talk like , say, this is a cell. You have these neurotoxins that can't really get digested. They become a barrier around yourselves. So your hormones like your thyroid hormones and your insulin, can't get in there. So if there's a barrier and the insulin's trying to get into a South , it's got to work really hard. And then you become insulin resistant, which is probably a term you've heard that people who are overweight have become insulin resistant, the insulin is working so hard to penetrate that. Now it just becomes resistant. It ends up like wearing itself out. And it can also damage your central nervous system in damaging the communications of the hormone . So, you know, it's a very complex system where they shoot out the hormones and they're not communicating, which you may go to a doctor and they'll test your thyroid. And by those blood tests, everything looks okay, but you're like, Hey, I'm fat, sick, tired. I got all these other issues, but the doctor's not understanding because it doesn't show up on a blood test that you're not communicating. The whole process is like a symphony orchestra. And when one is not working, the others don't work either. So the music sounds bad, your body's operating poorly. So how do you know if you have this? There's a lot of symptoms and they overlap with other things too, but here's a list of them irritability and emotional instability. I swear to God, I gave into a bag of cheddar flavored potato chips on Thursday or Friday, which I never do. I could not tell you the last time I ate a bag of chips, but I just was like, it. I want these chips. You know, and I went to the store hungry, which I shouldn't have done, but I did. And I ate the whole bag. Like it wasn't a big bag, but it wasn't a teeny bag. I ate the whole bag in one sitting with French onion dip, which is, I'm like , I don't ever do that, but can I do it once a year? Is that going to kill me? No , but I did notice I was very cranky for the next two days for no reason that I could really think of. I really do think the chemicals had an effect, especially in that my body is so pure because I don't eat that kind of stuff. Um, some things that could happen with excessive neuro toxicity is paralysis, blindness, Parkinson disease. You know, we think that these things just happen. We think we're medically defective when it's been a cumulative buildup over our food, over our very poor food, you can lose cognitive function, an altered view of reality. Hello, mask people. That's you stop eating Cognos, stop eating crap, obsessive compulsive disorder. Because of when I tell you these, you're going to probably be a little more aware of people around you and what do they eat? Uncontrollable, depression and anxiety, loss of circulation. These are pretty scary to me, flu like symptoms. So people think they're sick, but they're really just have a very poor diet. And the con the medicine, the hormone messengers are not communicating with the cells, birth defects, tingling and numbness in the limbs, chromosome damage, skin problems, and hair loss. You do that. You go to a doctor, they're just going to give you like it happened to me. I had chronic acne did. I don't remember if I ate poorly than , but I don't. I didn't eat as well as I do now, but I had this chronic acne for nine years and the doctor put me on low dose antibiotics. I had no idea then that it was destroying my gut health. And as soon as I would go off it, and that would clear up. But as soon as I went off, it, it would all come back. So I don't really, I can't really recite how it all works, but the antibiotics made it go away. But they also had consequences of destroying my gut health, which made me put on weight and become fat, sick and tired. And so I got off the antibiotics and I was living with the acne. And of course I was complaining and. And I met this fantastic woman who put me on the path to the information that I know now. And the first week that I did what she told me to do, which is what I tell you to do. I lost seven pounds and the acne cleared in two weeks and it's been gone for forever. I've never had it again. And my mother had it. And now that I know what, you know what I know now, if I knew it, then my mother has had chronic active me her entire life. Not until, till she was post-menopausal, but every day of my mother's life, she has consumed what I now know to be neurotoxins. You know? So we'll get to that. You can have chronic fatigue, behavioral disorder issues and sexual dysfunction. I mean, is that reason enough to not eat this processed food and any physical or mental aspect of your body or your mind that deals with your nerve system can be significantly damaged by these neurotoxins. And they're everywhere. They're everywhere that in every aisle of the grocery store follow the new arrows and the new COVID follow the arrow there and everything in packaging internal. So you have to really read these. So we'll go over a couple of them. You've probably heard about MSG. We've kind of all heard that, but you know, MSG, monosodium, glutamate, people usually associated with Chinese food, but it's in a lot of takeout food. It literally is an ingredient that creates a brain addiction to the food for you. So you can't stop eat it. That's why I couldn't stop eating the chips. It disrupted my telling myself. I was satisfied. It's an addictive. So , um, it's, it's linked to overweight obesity, pancreatic disorders, which are very serious, chronic fatigue, ADHD course, it makes you gain weight. Um, it's found in a wide variety of processed foods, not required to be dis , um, to be disclosed on the food labels. So how do you know, you know, processed meats in fast food restaurants all have it. This substance is so addictive because of the way it changes your neurological network. And because of this, it's used as a flavor enhancer. There's a literally scientists in white jackets, creating foods for companies that are paid a lot of money to get you, to keep eating them, keep buying them. And they don't care if you're fat, sick and tired only you can care. I'm not to go through all 15. I'll do like the top five. Um, this one, let me say this word, right? Acrylamides and it says, do you drink coffee? A lot of people do more than they should. You know, that caffeine, one of the premier ingredients in coffee is harmful. If you get too much, guess what else is in the coffee? Acrylamides as president. And it's also founded starchy foods like French fries and potato chips, right? As well as cigarettes, cigarettes, I mean, potato chips and cigarettes have the same ingredient crazy. And this raises your risk of developing cancer and a number of other health issues. This is a big, big one. This is the one in my mother's case , my mother has had sweetened low .

The vegetable and protein are uses to make it sound healthy. And it's not, you know, it's anything, but it contains high levels of glutamate and aspir tart or aspartate, which stimulate the nerve cells. I'll do one more. Cause this is a big one, too sodium fluoride. It's in our water. It's in our water, which is why you have to get water filters. Cause that's how evil the FDA and our government is like, why should a three-year-old toddler need the same fluoride that an adult? Or why do, why does the government make some decision that we all need fluoride a very specifically by fluoride-free toothpaste. And I very specifically take nascent iodine every day, too . If I'm getting some fluoride from the water, it'll pull it out of my body. It's a good halogen. Whereas fluoride is a bad halogen. So luckily the nascent iodine is going to help detoxify me. So this not only is about that barrier, but your liver can become sluggish. So then everything processes through your liver. This is all in my book. It all processes through your liver. It's going to tell a lot about how your digestion's going. Many ladies that I work with end up being a very acidic and the longer you're acidic, you're creating an environment for cancer to grow.
